Devin Turner is a community leader and filmmaker dedicated to using storytelling as a catalyst for entertainment, impact, and change. As CEO of Creative Quality Productions, he has produced, written, and directed independent films and other media projects throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. In 2024, Turner made his feature-film debut with The Facility, which sold out screenings in Washington, DC and Times Square, New York City.

His second feature film, Underground King, has continued that momentum with an ambitious independent theatrical tour, completing 12 screenings across ten cities. By taking an independently produced film directly to audiences across the country, Turner and Creative Quality Productions are breaking new ground and demonstrating what is possible for filmmakers working outside the traditional Hollywood studio system.

Beyond filmmaking, Turner serves as Executive Director of Lighthouse Community Center, a Washington, DC nonprofit committed to strengthening youth and families. Through its flagship youth gun violence prevention program, Peace of Art DC, Lighthouse provides young people with leadership development, mentorship, creative expression, and opportunities designed to help build safer communities. Turner donates 50% of the proceeds from Creative Quality Productions' film screenings to Lighthouse Community Center to support Peace of Art DC and its work to help prevent youth gun violence in Washington, DC.
